Voluntary Arrangement
This flexible procedure enables agreement to be reached with creditors utilising money raised from assets, future income or third party contributions. The proposal will generally offer non-preferential creditors less than payment in full over a period of time.
Bankruptcy Order
The individual will be advised on the consequences of bankruptcy and possible routes to obtain an annulment of the Bankruptcy Order.
Other Services Provided
Legal Action
Advice will be provided to the individual on the most suitable method to resolve problems arising from CCJ's, Landlords' Distraints, Walking Possession Orders, etc.
BIS (previously the DTI) Investigation / Prosecution
We will provide advice to the individual on their obligations and the consequences which may arise. Litigation support provided to legal advisors as required.
