The court protection provided by this procedure will allow time to prepare a partnership survival plan, which may include a Partnership Voluntary Arrangement.
Voluntary Arrangement
This flexible arrangement allows agreement to be reached with creditors on how unsecured creditors are to be settled from either realisation of assets, introduction of funds or future income. The proposal will generally offer creditors less than payment in full. It may be necessary for some/all partners to also propose an Individual Voluntary arrangement depending on their financial circumstances.

Turnaround Services
Assessment of a partnership's performance in order to determine the reasons for failure to achieve objectives. Thereafter providing a practical solution for the partnership's survival.
Winding-Up Order Annulment
In the event of a Winding-Up Order being made incorrectly, application may be made for it to be annulled.
